Premiere Elements15: "Open Recent Project" doesn't work

Nothing happens when I choose "Open Recent Project".  I pick one of the recents (or "My Project" if I didn't name it) and...nothing.   Clips don't load, nothing n the timeline.  Is this a common thing?

No, it is not a common thing.

Hi there,

That does not sound ideal. I tested it at my end and any recent project created opens correctly on following the path File > Open Recent Project.

Did you try reinstalling the application?
