Safari Cant Open-No available application?

Below is what I receive after downloading and trying to open.....anyone else have this problem and what is the solution?

"Safari can’t open the file “PremiereElements_15_LS31_win64.exe” because no available application can open it."

    Are you on a Mac? You downloaded the Windows version of the program.

      Thanks Steve, when I origianlly ordered and paid that was the only option.....As I started looking at the "Download" section I notice the Mac OSX.....
