Hi im actually looking for a relative cheap way to edit my videos.

I record Gameplay and Camfootage with a resolution of 4096x1440 60fps.

Its basicly a 2560x1440p Gameplayvideo with 1536x1440p Cam Footage right besides it.

For the final Video i want to Edit it to a 2560x1440p 60 FPS projekt, basicly cutting off the Cam Footage and laying it over the Gameplay.

Can Elements handle those resolutions or do i need the big brother?

For a number of reasons, I would not recommend Premiere Elements for editing video captured by third-party sceen recorders. It will only lead to heartache.

I wiser move is to buy a program that includes both a screen recorder and and editor. Camtasia is designed for exactly that. (I use it to record my tutorials.)

CyberLink PowerDirector is a video editor but it comes with its own built-in screen recorder. It's cheaper than Camtasia, but you will likely be limited to some standard resolutions.
