Buggy titler in PR 24.4 Beta

The title tool is really buggy in PR 24.4.0.1.

I attach a video in which the title tool behaves in a really weird way. Lines and words cannot be selected, they get deleted accidentally, the tool is completely unable to work properly.

System info
Application: Premiere Pro (Beta) v24.4.0.1
OS: macOS v13.6.3, RAM: 128,00 GB GB, CPUs (logical): 32
