Build 41 Keyboard Shortcut Editor Bugs

My keyboard shortcuts aren't saving. When I make a change and click save as and try to overwrite my keyboard file it reverts and close the dialog it reverts to the last keyboard shortcut file. If I make a change without saving it sticks, but the keyboard shortcut file is not written.

This issue should be fixed in Premiere Pro (Beta) 23.4 build 42. Once you are able to update, please let me know if the issue is fixed for you.
