Build 58 locks me out of all projects no matter what

@Christian Leibig turning of project locking in Preferences seemed to fix that. But it is still odd that opening a non-production project causes this

@Ann Bens It only seems to be happening if Preferences --> Collaboration --> Project Locking is enabled, which is not the default. However if you've ever touched a production it gets auto-enabled. So some users get this error, most probably don't.

At least that's what I gathered so far.
