Disable Auto Transcription for Captions

I can't figure out how to turn off captions auto transcribing, super annoying. I can't event edit a mutli-camera sequence becuase it keep going in the background, I have to every couple minutes cancel it. Really killing my workflow. Please fix as soon as possible.

    You have posted this in the beta forum. Is that the version you were using? If so, does this also happen in the regular version?

    Have you tried turning auto transcription off in the preferences? Edit -> preferences -> transcription.
