Dynamic Link not working?

It seems dynamic link isn't working for me. It was yesterday, then now today it isn't. When I attempt to relink, the dynamic link progress bar just keeps going. I also installed the After Effects Beta but that didn't help. I ran in administrator mode, tried importing the files within the adobe dynamic link directly. Not sure what to do at this point. Please let me know if there are any work arounds. 

 

System info: 
    Application: Premiere Pro (Beta) v24.1.0.21
    OS: Windows v10.0.22621, RAM: 63.75 GB GB, CPUs (logical): 32

    So, it seems the dynamic link will work in the previous build v24.0. So, I'm baking in the enhanced audio. Uninstalling v24.1, then installing v24.0 to open it and get the links to work. I hope there's a fix for this!
