Essential Graphics Not Working Properly

Can't edit multiple captions at once anymore.
1. Premiere Pro 2023 Beta
2. macOs Ventura 13.6.1 M1 Pro 16GB Ram
3. Transcribe sequence -> make captions -> select multiple captions to be edited simultaneously in the Essential Graphics window
4. Should open up the editing window - instead is a blank/frozen screen.
