Folders that cannot be delete from hdd

Premiere is leaving behind folders that cannot be deleted from the harddrive.

Inside there is usually captured audio or video folder.

These folders are from older versions.

Folders in the screenshot are not the only ones there are more.

How to get rid of these folders.
