keyframes not working on a mask

I am using a masking pen tool and try to adjust the shape with keyframes. Keyframes seem to be created but they register no shanges to the shape. I have tried resetting etc but nothing works.

I used a pen masking tool to create a shape. Then i change the shape using keyframing but the keyframe is not automatically created with every shape change. I manually add keyframes and change the shape. The keyframes are added but the shape does not animate.

You need to be in Frame Mode to manually animate a mask.

How do I enter the frame mode? I am using premier pro beta 2025 and expansion animates with the keyframes but the path does not.

Look at the tools in the program monitor.

yeah i ve done that, it doesnt change anything. Like I said some transform tools like exapsion do animate with keyframes but the rest do not.
