Latest beta Premiere Pro template

I have a project which I use as a template. I have saved a copy of this template in the latest beta version. Whan I select the template in the new project screen, it doesn't retain the formatting I have applied in the original template. for example, I have placed an image as a watermark, position, size and opacity are resetted.
