Missing Tabs in Beta-Effects, Size, Type etc.

Not sure how to find the effects tab or other tabs that ususally show up in the bottom left  panel or the preview panel.??  What am I doing wrong in the BETA version???  Yes, I'm a dufus 😞  missing tabs in Beta Ppexpand image
