adding cross dissolve or other dissolves to cuts- not showing in program monitor or after rendering.

@NotSure7 sorry that you are experiencing this issue. Can you share a picture of the app in this state with the Effect Controls panel open, the transition selected, and the CTI over the transition so tha we can see the lack of effect? Thanks!
