Premiere Pro Beta system font issues

Hello, I encountered this a few days ago, I use fontbook for font management, I had not installed any fonts during that time, so not sure what would randomly cause this, any ideas? 

These are the things that I did to try and correct this, but nothing worked:

- I rebuilt the windows font

- Reinstalled the Adobe system fonts

- Uninstalled/Reinstall Adobe beta

Any other pointers would be really welcome !
