Project Items duplicate instead of moving into bins

The project panel items get duplicated when trying to move them into bins.

The bug is consistent through beta builds 22 to 24 (version 24.3.0).
 
System info
    Application: Premiere Pro (Beta) v24.3.0.24
    OS: macOS v13.6.3, RAM: 128,00 GB GB, CPUs (logical): 32

This issue has been fixed in Premiere Pro (Beta) 24.3 build 028, out today.
