See image. The Keyboard Shortcuts Editor does not show the keyboard shortcuts we can set for Text-based Editing in the Text panel. They are not searchable either, so we simply can not set them. Since none of them are set on a Norwegian keyboard by default, we're not able to edit from or in the Text panel using keyboard shortcuts. Bad bug.
It shows in 24.1, but not in 24.3.0 beta build 21. See images.
This bug has been coming and going for a while now. It's about time we squash it.
