The Text panel is visible while undocked but never when docked so the Import & Export

I also found out that on some clips if I try to re-transcribe it would enter an infinite state of transcribing...

nah, it was a single project where it got lucky and somehow worked among the others but in all other project it still don't show the text in the text panel unless it is undocked...
