Captioning Not progressing

I was able to use the transcript feature then the caption feature in Beta but I cannot get the caption feature to work amongst several different video projects, restarting the computer, removing a second monitor, but Im thinking it maybe due to upgrading MacOS to 11.4. Ive tried several videos after the time of my computer upgrade and I get the transcript feature working but simply cannot get the caption feature to work.

I don't think it is the Mac update. Test in the release version of PR (15.2).

This bug happened at Build 17. All good again at Build 20.

I have updated to Build 20 on MacOS 11.4 and the captioning is working.  Yeah. For a 1 hour 12 minute video it took 60 minutes to transcribe and less than 5 minutes to create captions.  Thank you Adobe
