Crash upon modifying tracks in Sequence preset

Hi.

Premiere Pro crashes when I try to modify Tracks from New Sequence...

Steps to reproduce:
1. Choose "New Sequence..."

2. Choose "Tracks" in the top of the dialogue box.

3. Crash.

Result: Crash
Expected: Being able to modify tracks for a new sequence preset

System info
Application: Premiere Pro (Beta) v15.1.0.15
OS: macOS v10.16.0, RAM: 16.00 GB, CPUs (logical): 16

And just to make it clear: I have no external hardware attached. Just the computer itself.
