How to download premiere (Beta) 25.x?

Community Beginner ,
Sep 11, 2024 Sep 11, 2024

I would like to try the beta version (I think it is 25.x of Premiere Pro but it is not present in my CC. I see all the other beta versions (Aero, Photoshop, Premiere Rush, InDesign... ) but not Premiere Pro.
Why?

Any solution? Only beta available for installation in CC is Aero.

Make sure you've updated Creative Cloud, on the APPs page there is Beta button across the top, check in there:

Thanks, I have downloaded PP under the Beta tab in the past. CC auto-update is on in prefs. Under that Beta tab only Aero was available. Strange enough, yesterday, the language in CC changed to Dutch on its own, and now the Beta tab is gone.  Other editors and MGX artists at our company have access to PP Beta, just not me. Our company has a designated contact for issues with your Adobe products. I guess I will go down that track next. Thanks Greg

Might need to update the CC desktop app or open the Video tab first.

You're having this problem right now? Bruce is the man that knows, let's wait for him. It might be good to list your hardware to  give a starting point.

Wow, that's a very strange message for you to be shown!  [We completed the port to MacARM years ago...]

Could you post a screenshot of "About this Mac" (from your system's Apple menu)?

Hello Bruce, any input, it seems I am not the only person having this issue. Beta apps do not show up at all now.

Screenshot 2024-12-11 at 12.15.18 PM.png

Should I uninstall then re-install CC or all apps?

Thanks,

Greg

I can provide no meaningful input, from my "one of the teams that builds PPro" perspective; we've reached out to the CC Desktop team.

Hello, update, I uninstalled all apps including CC, and reinstalled CC. Now Beta apps are an option to download.

Thanks,

Unfortunately, uninstall/install did not work on my Mac Studio to get Beta apps to appear in CC, it did work on my MBP. Back to the fun task of figuring this out.

Thanks,

Greg
