I would like to try the beta version (I think it is 25.x of Premiere Pro but it is not present in my CC. I see all the other beta versions (Aero, Photoshop, Premiere Rush, InDesign... ) but not Premiere Pro.
Why?

Make sure your CC desktop app is up to date.
Go to All Apps and scroll all the way through instead of just opening the beta section.

I even reinstalled creative cloud by downloading it from this page.: https://www.adobe.com/apps/all/all-platforms
I also enabled the automatic update of creative cloud.
When I try install premiere pro from the website https://www.adobe.com/apps/beta-apps/all-platforms returns the following error: The Premiere Pro (beta) app is not available for Apple Silicon. The same thing happens when you try to install Photoshop (beta).

Use a different browser to download: some are known to give issues.

I have tried downloading the installation file from different browsers. An identical file is uploaded, which opens the Creative Cloud and then nothing happens. There is no beta tab in the creative cloud itself. It is not clear how to add this tab to the creative cloud.

Your screenshot shows the beta is locked.
Your screenshot for system requirements is for the public release not sure if it applies to the beta also/
Your CC desktop app looks different from mine: is it updated?

Unfortunately, this is not the beta tab. This is a pre-release.

When I click on the inscription on this page that "premiere pro beta works on this device", it immediately takes me to the specifications page, the screenshot of which I attached above.

I found a solution. I hope I can help others with a similar problem as mine.
I manually deleted the Adobe apps from my mac. After that, I found all the adobe folders through the finder and deleted them. It is from the root of the Macintosh HD. I rebooted my computer, checked again through the search if there were any Adobe folders left, deleted the remaining ones, rebooted again and installed creative cloud. And the beta tab appeared.
I sincerely hope that my experience will help you. Good luck to all!

I'm stuck on PP Beta 25.3.0 build 3
I tried on my main machine and switched to the tester and same deal.
I've been getting ME and AE downloads but no PP.
On my tester I just ran the Cleaner with 'All' select. Then uninstalled 'everything' Adobe, with IO Bit uninstaller, reboot and then install CC Desktop and then PP Beta, and got the same version?
I'm out of ideas also...
Windows 11, 23H2
It's been running well, except a long startup time for PP first time after a (re)boot. Looks like a clean install of 24H2 is in my horizon.
Any suggestions would be welcome.
cheers!
