Hello,

About the last version of Premiere Pro and Premiere Pro beta :

when I try to play .TS video file in them, I have noticed that the image and the sound of the video are not synchronized.

I have no problem of playing this .TS video file inside VLC player, so I don't understand why Premiere Pro is unable to play it correctly.

Do you think this issue with PP Beta and this TS file I sent you could be solved this year (2022) ?

No schedule has been established.

Also, my apologies, I may have overstated PPro's support; my old camcorder provided .MTS, not .TS files.

Could you advise me a good converter with professional results, that could convert TS to MP4 ?

FFmpeg should be able to do that without any re-compression.

I use TS files without issue on a daily basis in PrPro (due to a non ideal workflow) - I think the issues arises from the relatively lax container restrictions of .ts files (i.e. not every ts file is equal, and mine just happen to be usable)

re-interpreting with something like FFmpeg (personally I just use VLC) is potentially the best bet - force a re-encode to a more reliable encoding

(one example - I had a badly encoded file with keyframes that were super far apart, a re-encode made it usable in PrPro)
