Problems exporting a sequence that comes out the wrong size

I am no expert editor!  I am exporting a bunch of individual projects to complile a video.  All but two project files export perfectly well.  All files run properly in the preview screen when editing.  Two project files export with the video and images zoomed.  I edited all projects the same way so I am not sure what I'm doing wrong.  The export settings are all identical too.  Screen shot of my export settings below.  What else should I look at?

PS - when I run the segments in a viewer they run fine, when I import them into a new project with the rest of the segments is when they are the wrong size.
