Some drone footages lagging- freezing after export

Alright, so i'm working in a project and my sequence settings are 1080x1920 30 FPS, but the footages im using their fps with multiple various range(some of them 29,97 FPS some of them are 59,94 FPS) but i need to make this video 30 fps and when i use these footages after i export my video they are lagging or freezing, its not smooth and i cant deliver the job like that.

I've tried to modify footages fps but didnt helped me at all( i chose the clips in the project, right click>modify>interpret footage> assume this frame rate:30) but didnt fix my issue. And because of my export setting i couldnt try to render with Hardware Encoding.
here is the short video to see the problem in firsthand: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iwEVbRRKXMg

i also show the render settings in the video.
So what is this issue, how i should search to find a solution for this.

And btw the footages are drone footages.

My system features are Macbook Pro M2 Max 32 GB 12 cpu 30 gpu 1 TB.
