Unable to open more than one project

When one project is open and I try to open another project nothing happens.

I wish mine did that. So dislike to be able to open multiple projects.

Like to see a preference for that.

Trash prefs.

Tried trashing prefs, still the same. Having multiple projects open is incredibly useful at times.

Update: Opening additional projects from Finder does not work but from within Premiere works.

That is the way the feature works.

I've always been able to open multiple projects from Finder before. This function has suddenly stopped working. This is definitely a bug.
