Absturz beim Export in Adobe Rush App

Hallo zusammen. Habe ein Sony Xperia III. Sobald ich den Exportbutton drücke, stürzt der Export ab. Entweder stürzt die App komplett ab oder es kommt die Fehlermeldung: "Ein Fehler ist aufgetreten. Öffnen Sie das Projekt neu."

Ich habe das Handy neu gestartet. Das Projekt neu gestartet, neu erstellt. Nichts hilft. Kein Export möglich. Auch nicht bei anderen Projekten. Bitte um Hilfe. Vielen Dank.

Da sind nur alte Smartphones gelistet, die 3 Jahre oder älter sind. Kein aktuelles Modell. Das kann ja nicht ernsthaft Ihr Maßstab sein? Ansonsten macht die App ja überhaupt keinen Sinn. Auch wenn es nur auf ganz bestimmte, wenige, alte Smartphones beschränkt ist.
Vom Support für eine App, wo ich insgesamt viel bezahle, erwarte ich tatsächlich mehr.
