I added a sequence to my almost done video compiled of over 20 clips, I seem to have lost all my clips over this one sequence and don' know how to get them back. Have I lost it all and have to start all over again? HELP!

Did you try clicking the "File Box" icon and opening up your Project Panel (Project Assets) and look in there for your sequence. This is where your clips and your sequences are saved.
