Adobe app mess for Android users

Adobe removed Premiere Rush and keeps Adobe Scan out of date in the Galaxy Store, meanwhile, it keeps Photoshop Express out of date for Galaxy users on Google Play and also doesn't offer Premiere Rush there.

When are they going to fix this definitely?
