Adobe Premiere Rush lässt sich nicht mehr öffnen

Hallo Zusammen!

Seit einiger Zeit startet meine Premiere Rush Desktopversion nicht mehr. Es ist nur das Ladefenster zu sehen, weiter komme ich nicht.

 

Ich habe schon vergeblich versucht das Programm neu zu installieren.

Mein MAC ist auf dem neuesten Stand. (macOS Ventura | Version 13.05.1)

 

Vielleicht kan mir jemand helfen? 🙂

    Sorry about the issue. Do you see any error codes or messages? Are there any third-party plugins installed? Can you try resetting preferences and see if that helps? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WvKL1Arhvl8

    Hello Kartika!

     

    When I start the application it stops on "Loading ImporterQuickTime.bundle"

     

    All other Adobe programs run without problems.

    Same problem...I reset the preferences from my Adobe premium Rush, but it dosen't work.

    Any other ideas ?
