Adobe Premiere Rush Premium Features are not working

I have recently subscribed Adobe Premiere Rush Premium because it says if you subscribe premium you can access hundres of Titles, Transition Graphics and Overlays. However, after i subscribed, nothing has changed at all as i can only see 9 basic Titles. I tried signing-out, I uninstalled the app and then reinstalled but its still not working. I can see from my Subscription section in IPhone Settings that my premium subscription is active. Also, it is seen that my subscription is active in the Premiere Rush application. 

My storage increased from 2GB to 100GB as premium feature promised but nothing more. How can i access these hundreds of Titles as i need different Lower Third options?
