This needs to be fixed ASAP.  I am a paid subscriber to both the Premier Rush Android Mobile Version as well as the Premier Pro and Premier Rush Windows Desktop Versions.  Adobe claims that the Rush versions should be able to edit the project back and forth.  My mobile video assets will not sync to my desktop versions.  It appears that Samsung Galaxy S23 isn't supported.  Very upset that I spent the money AND considerable time on this program.

Here's a chat with support:

Me:

My media files from my mobile Android Premiere Rush projects aren't syncing to my Desktop Windows version. The project opens on desktop but I get empty frames with an exclamation point where the asset should be. The last agent told me to close both applications and to create a duplicate on the mobile and let it sync. Still doesn't work.

Support:

Thank you for the detail, after creating duplicate project, did the files synced from the device?

Me:

no

Support:

I understand. Please help me out with the Android device you are using.

Me:

Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra
