Adobe Rush crashes when opening project - MP4 files

Hey All.

I Hope that some one can help or Adobe will look at this,

I have an Employee with a brand new HP ZBook Firefly 16 inch G11 .

Only in Adobe Rush, when she opens mp4 files, it will crash the program.

The log says ntdll error.

It has an Intel  Arc and Nvidia A500 grapfics.

I updated both. Updated everything. Bios, chipset an so on. 

It also have an Intel Core Ultra 7 - 155H CPU.

I suspekt maybe the program can not handle that CPU/optimized for it.

On her old computer an HP ZBook Power 15.6 inch G8

There is not problem running the program.

Can someone point me in the right direction ?

I tried reinstalled the computer mulitiple times.
