Adobe Rush does not start

Adobe Rush will not start ,loading screen comes and then vanishes

Hi Kartika,
I am using windows 10.Post last windows update i cannot see it starting.The
update was sucessfull

Only starting adobe rush screen comes(PFA) and then it goes away
