Adobe rush freeze on loading importerquicktme.prm

I have problem with opening Adobe Rush.

It freezes on loading importerquicktime.prm.

Tried solution on youtube - killing processes, naming dll files .. etc. nothing has worked so far ... any help?

it works if i create 2nd account. It wont work on my orginal account - its embrassing that this problem occurs and i spent like 2 hours trying to fix it ....

Hi there...

If you're on a PC, try holding down the CTRL + SHIFT keys while Rush is starting up. This will give it a chance to "clear it's throat" 😉 and resync to the project assets. Be sure to give your project plenty of time to fully sync before getting back to editing, just to be on the safe side.

not working 😞

i installed 1.5 version and it has started ... but after spending 3-5 hours figuring out what to do i won`t pay subscription to use software i can`t update.

clearly the problem is in the user files because i can install it on other profile without problem....
