Adobe Rush is constantly crashing

Hi everyone, I am trying to figure out why Adobe Rush is constantly crashing. I checked my computer's compatibility, and it seems fine, but every time I open a project, it crashes. I downgraded the software version, but no luck; I can't use it at all.

Can someone help me or guide me?

Hi, I have the same problem, but only I am editing on my iPad. The problem started two days ago and I tried to restart my tablet, but that didn't help
