Hi, Adobe rush keeps crashing when I try to edit a simple 1 minute video in 720p. This happens on both my 2020 iPad Pro and IPhone 11pro max. i can use the app for a minute and then it suddenly crashes without any crash code or explanation.
Ive used different video files as well, so it wouldn’t be a corrupt file.

My OS is up to date (not in beta) and the app is up to date. Ive tried different accounts and reinstalling the app, but nothing helps.

Is there a fix for this?

Hi there!

Sorry about the issue. We can get this checked.

  • What type of media files are you editing (codec/ format, frame rate, frame size)? Which device did you use to capture the footage?
  • Do you have any effects added to the project?
  • Can you try resetting your device and see if that helps?

Let us know,

Thanks.
