Adobe Rush pan shake

When I add the pan effect to still images, I get a "shaky" effect, like the transition is not completely smooth. It resembles a hand held camera shaking.  It's there both when I play the video in Rush, after exporting and when seeing the final video on other devices.

How can I prevent this shaking?
