Adobe Rush stürzt ab, sobald ich Projekte öffne oder neu anlegen will – brauche dringend Hilfe!

Hallo zusammen,

:-). LG, Ana

HI @anahit_23,

Have you tried to start Rush with the Alt key pressed? See if you can reset preferences. That might help.

Thanks,
Kevin

Thanx. Yes, I tried, but unfortunately it still crashes... :-(. Now even much earlier...

Can you reach the Home Screen without crashing? If so, check Preferences and see if you can click the Manage Cache button, and delete all media cache. Disable hardware encoding, as well. Then, restart the computer. I hope that helps.

Thanks,
Kevin

Thank you, Kevin! Awesome. I tried it out—while I still can't open all my old projects, it no longer crashes, and I can start a new project. 🙂 Thanks for your help! Wishing you all the best.

Thanks for the report. I'm glad I was able to assist. Sorry about your previous projects. See if you can migrate them to Premiere Pro. Perhaps they could be opened there. Let me know if that idea might work, @anahit_23. I sure hope so. Please take care!

Cheers,
Kevin
