Adobe Rush stuck on MAC OS 12.2.1 Monterey

Hey all! I just got a new 2022 mac. see screenshots. When I try to open adobe rush it gets stuck. I have no clue where to go from here. I uninstalled it, re installed it. Wiped the new comp free and tried to download in CC and not have my old applications transfer but that didnt do anything. Can anyone help me with this issue?

I have a similar computer as you and had no problems opening Rush. Make sure in your Security and Privacy Preference Settings you've allowed Rush to access what it needs. That's my first guess of where to start.
