App crashes constantly

I've been having major issues with the iPhone app crashing constantly. It takes 7 or 8 tries to export a video. Now, I can't even edit. I make one or two edits, and it crashes. Then if I do get to actually make any edits and am able to get it exported, the video is glitchy. The glitching is not new but the crashing is. App is up to date as far as I can tell. Any idea how to fix? Thank you!

    Hi there!

    Sorry about the trouble. What's the source of the media files? Do you see any error codes or messages when it crashes? 

    Does it happen with a specific project?

    Hi Kartika,

     

    These are iPhone videos that I'm editing in the iPhone app. There are no codes, warnings, or messages when crashing. The app just closes completely. This has happened multiple times with every single project for the past few weeks. The glitching in the finished product seems to happen any time I crop a video in the app.

    Hi! Are there any effects or titles added to the project? Can you share the logs? Tap the gear icon on the top right >Preferences > Share logs.
