App crashes sometimes

Hi everyone. My premiere rush app keeps crashing when trying to export. I've tried deleteing and reinstalling, logging out, etc. any advice? I pay monthly for this and it's a waste if it won't export videos. Seems like anything over 40 seconds crashes and won't export

    Thanks for writing in with this issue. May we have more info about your computer or device? Have you updated the OS or Rush for either one? Does your computer or device have ample storage? That could be the issue. I am sorry for the frustration. I hope we can help you.
