Seems that I could use that feature with my Photo Package Subscription until recently.
Was that feature, along with several others removed in the past 3 months?

HI Phillip,
Nothing has been removed over the past few months that I am aware of. Sorry for the issue. If you are using the Photography Plan, Rush is not included in the subscription. You are likely operating with the Rush "Starter" plan. Any shortcomings might be related to being on the starter plan as compared to Rush's "premium plan." More info here.
I hope the info helps.
Thanks,
Kevin

Hi Kevin! Thank you for the reply. I never remember seeing a Starter Plan anywhere in Rush. Here is all that I can find. If there is somewhere else I can go, that would be great!
Thank you, Phil

Hi Phillipp,
Thanks for the note and screenshot. The feature you describe should be available, regardless of the plan. Info: https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-rush/help/add-audio-rush.html
Something else may be wrong. When weird things happen, I reset preferences. Have you tried that? If not, launch the application while pressing Alt/Option. Let us know if it worked.
Thanks,
Kevin

You are an Adobe Jedi. I opened Rush with the Alt key and the desktop looked totally different. I didn't have many preferences, so not a deal-breaker. What I have now is something I remembered doing, which was Auto volume button now available. What I didn't remember was seeing the Premium features used tag at the top. See the image below.
However, when I tried to Export a video, I got tagged to upgrade. So if I alreay have Premiere Rush installed, why do I need to upgrade? The version I have is not a Starter package. Darn interesting. I am certain that I used Auto volume last year and didn't need to upgrade. In the end, I am president of a non-profit and do a ton of work for other non-profit organizations. I can get the 60% 1-year discount on the complete Adobe CC package via Techsoup. This is certainly a moving target. Your guidance is appreciated! Thank you!
