Can I adjust capture to film at 25fps?

Hi guys 

I'm based in PALland and have Rush on my iPhone 12 Pro Max (running IOS 14.6). I've actually got a project where Rush could be useful. I thought I could capture now in Ru using 25fps, but I cannot find how to adjust my format settings. Is this possible (or is Ru still confined to only NTSC???)
