Can someone please help me

Hello, I'm using Adobe Premiere Rush.

I'm trying to edit but the app doesn't work well, it takes a long time to load and there are times when the audio does not fit with what is being seen, I also have some videos that I can't see and the application gets stuck.

 

Btw, a few hours before the app turned off my computer, I think that isn't normal.

Sorry to hear that. Can you provide the following information?

  • Can you share your system details (OS, CPU, RAM, GPU)?
  • Does it happen with a specific project?
  • Could you try resetting preferences? Clear your preferences - Hold down Shift-Alt (Windows) or Shift-Option (Mac OS) while Rush is starting.
