Can't access any media on iOS - asked for updated privacy settings

I did reinstall Premiere Rush on an iPad pro M1. It keeps asking me to change the privacy settings for photos in order to access any media.
When I go to my iOS settings there is no way to add Adobe Premiere Rush as a programm. I do see Photoshop and even Creative Cloud there, but not the video editing software.

Latest version of iOS and Rush are installed.

Any recommendations?
