Cool blue filer applied after editing, while downloading

I just switched to the iPhone 14 Plus. I upload the videos to edit and the color is fine. I edit and save and the color is fine. When I start downloading the color is fine, but midway through the color of my video changes to a "cool blue" filter and it won't allow me to change it. I have checked the camera settings and there is no filter applied. I have checked Adobe rush and there are no filters applied. I have rebooted my phone, deleted the Rush app and reinstalled, and it is still doing it. Help!!
