Crash with Adobe Premiere Rush

Hello,

 

I'm using Premiere Rush for the first time, now the application is included in my subscription, but there is a crash when I click to "Sharing" button just near "Update button".

In fact, the application is in status "Don't asnwer", but it is very very long, and the application is still unavailable.

Is it known issue, or an issue linked to my computer ?


I've launched Premiere Rush on Windows 10.0.19043

Sorry for the trouble. Can you share the following information?

  • What are your system details (OS, CPU, RAM, GPU)?
  • What's the source of the media files? Are they screen recorded footage?
  • Could you try resetting preferences

Is Premiere Rush on the dekstop starting to misbehave? Fear not! It was working and it shall work again! This video shows you how to "reset the peferences" effectively reloading the application as though it was reinstalled fixing weirdness!
