I am so upset that I just found out that this software doesn't support .jpg files. How can I get a refund? This is not what I was expecting from this software.

I think I have alreay provided you the screenshot of the error. I am try to add a photo from my iPad and i get that message that it's not supported.

Ah, thanks for clarifying. Are you sure it's a .jpg and not a HEIC file? If it is the latter, try exporting the image from a different program. Rush has problems with certain newer image formats.

Of course it's .jpg files. That's the first thing I did. And it had worked during the trial period. Your software is very unstable. I just want a refund.

Is there a support number that I can call? I don't know it's so difficult when it comes to customers that ate unhappy with your product?

Go to: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html. In the chat pod (lower right), you can request a call-back. You can also request to work with the video queue once a live agent is in the chat. I hope the info helps.

Hi Kevin
Thank you for your reply. I just wasted 45 minutes of my time talking to two Indian reps from the Cancellation and Refund Dept who can't do anything to help me because they said I had to talk to Apple for the refund. I have done this before and Apple doesn't not do refund of 3rd party products.
Can you escalate this to someone who can?
