Entire project no longer accessible after export

Created a project yesterday - took 10 hours. Today, I went in to add images to it and nothing is accessible. No sound, no audio, no images and I can't edit anything. 
WHAT Happened!???

    Hi @JCVPhotography,

    I'm not sure what happened. Can you give us more info about your computer (or phone) and the media format you were editing? What kind of camera? Sorry, we can't see what you're doing from here.
